Why Frankie Muniz Can't Remember Much About 'Malcolm In The Middle'

"I told him not to worry about what you remember or what you don't remember", his former TV father, Bryan Cranston, said.

"I've gotten to really do anything I've wanted to do, but the truth is, I don't remember much of that.it nearly feels like it wasn't me".

Muniz revealed that his girlfriend Paige made a decision to help aid his memory by writing down the things they do together in a journal.

"It makes me a little sad". I will tell him, 'Remember this, remember that, on Malcolm? "That's something that people remember". "It nearly feels like it wasn't me".

So Muniz's most memorable year is this one, because he's learned to live in the present. It's affected both long-term memory - he doesn't remember much of Malcolm and the Middle - and short-term.

In his pre-taped package, Muniz said he's "not actually sure" how his memory loss started.

GRADING OUT: Report card, game balls after Auburn's win over Ole Miss
With coach Hugh Freeze forced out before the season, Ole Miss is now 2-3, including 0-2 in the SEC, under interim coach Matt Luke. Sophomore quarterback Shea Patterson finished 34-51, 346 yards and two touchdowns, both to DK Metcalf in the second half.

Christopher Kennedy Masterson, Jane Kaczmarek, Bryan Cranston, Justin Berfield, Frankie Muniz and Erik Per Sullivan on "Malcolm in the Middle". It will me my job, I will tell him, 'Remember this? "What a life for you", the Breaking Bad star explained.

Despite losing his memory, Muniz said, "I'm happy with my acting career. Even if I don't remember, I'm happy".

The theme on Monday's Dancing with the Stars was "The Most Memorable Year".

He doesn't know what the cause of his memory loss is but it could be related to injuries sustained during his career racing cars.

"Over the past 10 years, my mom will bring up things like trips we went on or big events and they are new stories to me". Though most concussions don't have long-term effects, repeated TBIs - like the kind Muniz experienced - may add up to "cumulative" neurological problems, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Post Malcolm, the actor went on to race on the Atlantic Championship formula race circuit from 2007 to 2009.
