First Destiny 2 Expansion Releases On December 5th

The game has shipped, but what we're playing now is just the first step in what will be a continuous cycle of upgrades and expansions.

The PlayStation 4 Twitter account announced Monday that Bungie will release the expansion, called "Curse of Osiris", Dec. 5.

Buried in a ton of other Paris Games Week announcements was a pretty damn important one for fellow Destiny 2 players.

Alvaro Morata refutes unhappiness at Chelsea, says he'd sign for '10 years'
Conte believes the fact his club-record signing suffered a hamstring strain in the home defeat to Manchester City before the worldwide break is still having an impact.

An ancient gate on Mercury is open and it's unleashing all kinds of hell on the galaxy. It'll introduce Mercury and its Infinite Forest region, provide players with new story missions and Adventures, as well as the usual run of new weapons and armor. It's due on December 5, and will feature the lore-heavy character of Osiris himself, as well as some Vex shenanigans. You can still buy codes for the Expansion Pass on any platform ($34 at Amazon) so don't feel bad if you didn't go with the super edition at launch. A trailer has been released to give us our first official look at the Curse of Osiris.

Destiny 2 players have already come across numerous game's most unusual and frustrating bugs. MiniCorgi seems to be the first Destiny 2 player who has come across the issue, which is why so many fans of the game have been horrified when they see it in action.

The trailer shows off a new location, Mercury, as well as new weapons and gear.
