Kardashian and her husband Kanye West are now expecting a baby via surrogate themselves.

"At the baby shower, I was like, 'I just want everyone to write a name on a little tile and see if there is something that sticks, '" she said.

"It was like a weird decision to have to make", Kardashian explained.

Without hesitation she gulped down a sip of a sardine smoothie, spitting it up nearly immediately into a bucket provided to her by the show. On a recent visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kim revealed that there's a family group chat where major secrets are discussed - and that she'd be in big trouble if she leaked any sensitive info to a talk show host.

The reality TV superstar was advised by doctors not to get pregnant again and so approached a surrogate agency, reportedly splashing out $113,850 for the service, to find a woman who could carry their biological child so that Kim wouldn't have to. "Because I think when you are pregnant, by the time you have the baby, you are so prepared and so ready, and now I am just like, 'Oh, my God, I am going to freak out because I'm not ready and I'm not prepared, ' but it'll just all come into place".

Kim's shower was held at her Bel-Air home on Saturday with sisters Khloe and Kylie Jenner there. I did introduce her to my family. "I love her. I have the best relationship with my surrogate", she said. She's been mercilessly grilling the entire Kardashian family for dirt, but unfortunately, she hasn't gotten anywhere.

She said: "You know, it is really different".

"So people brought toys and gifts and she was opening them all up the next day".

The beauty - who already has North, aged four, and Saint, age one, continued: 'Of course, I would've wanted her to be there and be a part of it.
