President, PM congratulate Manushi Chhillar for winning Miss World title

Stephanie Hill, a former Miss South Yorkshire, was crowned Miss England at a glittering awards ceremony earlier this year.

Handsome and very talented was born in a Haryanvi Doctors family.

While many of us had made the painfully obvious Chhillar-demonetization jokes since Miss Chhillar broke a 17-year drought to win the Miss World gong, it was Congress MP who landed in trouble.

22-year-old Stephanie, just missed out on the title of Miss World and was awarded third place, beaten only by Miss India, Manushi Chhillar, who took the crown, and Andrea Meza, of Mexico who came runner-up.

She was presented the crown by Stephanie Del Valle, the last year's Miss World victor from Puerto Rico at the event in Sanya City Arena in China.
