ASUS Launches Zenfone Max Plus (M1) Smartphone 18:9 Display

In fact, the ASUS Pegasus 4S is the company's first ever smartphone that features an 18:9 display, something which has become a norm among flagship smartphones and mid rangers.

The upcoming Zenfone Max Plus (M1) smartphone is very much similar to the Pegasus 4S in terms of design as well as specifications. The smartphone was spotted on Russian website hinting at an official launch soon. The display also has a 2.5D curved glass on top. Also, it comes in two variations: 2GB RAM/16GB storage and 3GB RAM/32GB storage. The phone has 1.5 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit processor with Mali-T860 GPU. The ZenFone Max Plus has a large 4,130mAh battery, which sounds more than sufficient on paper.

There's also dual camera setup on the back, with 16 MP + 8 MP sensors, alongside a fingerprint scanner, with an 8 MP wide-angle sensor on the front (the same as can be found on the Pegasus 4S).

On the connectivity front, you get 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A- GPS, GLONASS, and dual-SIM support.
