'Time Magazine' Releases 2017 Person of the Year Shortlist

The finalists for the annual honor were revealed Monday morning on Today, with President Donald Trump once again in the running alongside two of his biggest political foes - special counsel Robert Mueller and football-star-turned-philanthropist Colin Kaepernick.
