Cowboys Take Down Hokies, Win Camping World Bowl

Coming into the Camping World Bowl, there were lots of questions surrounding the Hokies' ability to slow down the Oklahoma State offense.

To that point, Oklahoma State receiver James Washington hadn't lived up to his Biletnikoff Award-winning reputation, with just one catch for no yards - and that "catch" came on a jet sweep that was called a forward pass.

Two of the nation's most productive players at their respective positions throughout their careers, Rudolph and Washington are now both headed to the Senior Bowl, hoping to continue impressing scouts ahead of the 2018 National Football League draft.

A Danny Ammendola field goal and a Josh Jackson touchdown run had the score at 7-3 with the Hokies on OSU's doorstep looking to take a double-digit lead in the second quarter.

That pivotal play sparked a 17-0 Cowboy run that spanned halftime and saw OSU take a 20-7 lead early in the third.

Jackson's touchdown got the Hokies within 27-21 with 5:40 to go. Justice Hill ran for 120 yards and another score for the Cowboys (10-3), who have won 10 games in each of the last three seasons - another Oklahoma State first.

When it comes to their father, Thomas said he went above and beyond. "My dad had taken the sets apart and customized my family". And Moir is right behind her - warning that the unintended slight to Meghan's family was a "howler" of huge proportions.

The Cowboys scored one more time, making the final 30, 21. His two touchdown throws gave him 37 on the season, tying Brandon Weeden's school mark.

On second-and-6 from Oklahoma State's 49 with under a minute left in the second quarter, quarterback Mason Rudolph found wide receiver Marcell Ateman running behind cornerback Adonis Alexander.

Rudolph, poised, never forced things; the 19-yard scramble led to a TD pass to Dillon Stoner.

The Cowboys put up 492 yards - 351 passing, 141 rushing - against a Hokie defense that was rated as one of the top five nationally.

It was all Tech could do just to try to keep up from that point.

Despite driving into Oklahoma State territory on its next two possessions, Tech couldn't make up any ground.
