James Damore is suing Google for alleged discrimination against white male conservatives

But Damore's complaint appears to focus on how hard it is to be a white man in a primarily white and largely male-dominated field and goes after Google for discrimination against being male or Caucasian and its "open hostility for conservative thought".

James Damore, the former Google engineer who was sacked after distributing a memo questioning the company's diversity policies, filed a class action lawsuit on Monday claiming racial discrimination by the technology giant.

The lawsuit, filed Monday by Mr. Damore and another former Google employee with California Superior Court of Santa Clara County, also claims that the company uses illegal quotas in order to hire women and minorities. The complaint? That his former employer unjustly discriminates against conservative white men, or those whose perspectives differ from Google management.

Chicago Bears Hire Chiefs Assistant Matt Nagy as Coach
Larry Wisdom, who about 10 years ago was a major player in Chicago suburban real estate, played a pivotal role in Nagy's life. His contract is up on Tuesday, and the Bears have reportedly been interested in retaining him in his position.

"Google employs illegal hiring quotas to fill its desired percentages of women and favored minority candidates, and openly shames managers of business units who fail to meet their quotas - in the process, openly denigrating male and Caucasian employees as less favored than others."

Many companies in the tech world including Facebook, Tesla, Uber and Google have come under fire for discrimination and sexual harassment. In doing so, Damore also painted gross generalizations against women, accusing them of being more neurotic and anxiety-ridden, and he believes these supposed traits render women unsuitable for the stress of higher-level tech jobs. The company's CEO, Sundar Pichai, told Bloomberg that Damore "violate [d] our Code of Conduct and cross [ed] the line by advancing harmful gender stereotypes in our workplace".

In a new lawsuit, Damore claimed that Google "singled out, mistreated, and systematically punished and terminated" anyone who didn't share their liberal views.
