Octave appeared before Broward Judge Joel Lazarus on Friday, who ordered the accused to remain jailed until a hearing before a trial judge.

Kodak was also on Instagram Live at the time, and DJ Akademiks was able to screen capture a clip leading up to the moment of his arrest.

Records show the 20-year-old rapper is facing charges of grand theft of a firearm, possession of marijuana, child neglect, two counts of possession of a weapon by a felon and two counts of probation violation.

Dieuson Octave, better known as Kodak Black, has been recently arrested in Broward.

Breaking: Kodak Black house was raided today by SWAT and he was arrested for Gun Posession, Weed Possession, Child Neglect and will be remanded in Custody for Violating his Two Ongoing Probation Sentences. In October, he was indicted in SC for first-degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly assaulting a teen girl at a hotel after a concert at a nightclub in November 2016.

This could be big trouble for the south Florida rapper as he's now serving a one year house arrest sentence after being released from jail in June of 2017.

We're told hours after a report was taken over the domestic dispute, a storm of police cars and officers returned and raided the house. The next month, he was back in jail charged with armed robbery and false imprisonment.

Monday, the South Florida rapper released a new video for the track, "Roll in Peace".

Kodak Black attends the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards at The Forum on August 27, 2017 in Inglewood, California.

Octave was sentenced to house arrest, anger management classes, community service and five years of probation.
