'Bachelor' Arie and his arrest record just might get banned from Minnesota

'Bachelor' Arie and his arrest record just might get banned from Minnesota

Bravo tried to do this sort of thing way back when with a show called Boy Meets Boy, where the premise turned out to be a major slap in the face to the LGBT community. He thought he made the wrong decision and wanted to try with the runner-up Lauren. One particularly eyebrow-raising detail that's emerged is that Lauren was engaged to be married - to an National Hockey League player, no less - as recently as July of previous year.

Bachelor Nation was not about Arie's actions and frankly, neither was I. It wasn't that he broke off his engagement with Becca, god knows that happens all the time with Bachelor couples, it was the way he did it. They reunited, and as of Tuesday, in front of everyone including Becca, THEY'RE ENGAGED.

Some Bachelor fans were so pissed off they chose to channel their anger through action.

State Rep. Drew Christensen has written a bill that would ban race vehicle driver Arie Luyendyk Jr. from Minnesota, the Hill reports. Christensen, a lifelong Savage resident, attended Prior Lake High School the same time that Kufrin, a 2008 graduate, was there.

If this gets a thousand retweets I'll author a bill banning Arie from Minnesota.

Christensen also vowed to invite the scorned Becca as his guest to Minnesota's State of the State address in exchange for 10,000 retweets.

Updated | Everyone agrees that Arie Luyendyk, Jr. from The Bachelor is pretty much the worst dude ever-including Minnesota State representative Drew Christensen. All of this is very corny, especially considering that it's highly unlikely Arie Luyendyk Jr. -who's also, apparently, a driver of race cars-was planning on visiting Minnesota anytime soon. "So far from being here, what I've seen from you, I believe that she's really into you, but you're not into her", Hartsock's brother said, adding that he thinks Lowe is a playboy. In tweets Jones has since deleted, she said he claims to be the "hopeless romantic" who "forever cheats and does despicable wrongs to women", the website said.

Yikes! But, Minnesota isn't the only state that has something to say.

Giants acquire LB Alec Ogletree from Rams, report says
Ogletree, 26, had 95 tackles, 2.0 sacks, one interception and one forced fumble last season in 15 games, all as a starter. The Chiefs could have probably afforded that but it would've made it hard to sign other players in the coming years.
