Foggy Friday AM To Be Followed By Some Rain, Weather Service Says

All in all, Easter weekend won't be a total loss because of the weather, it just won't be sunny, warm and definitely not 100% dry.

Overnight we'll see partly cloudy to mostly clear skies.

It will turn colder next week and as matter fact I have to put the chance for some wet snowflakes back in the forecast on Tuesday. Ahead of the front showers and isolated thunderstorms but behind the front snow is likely by early Saturday morning.

Today: Sunny, with a high near 70.

If you have any loose objects around your home (garbage cans, patio furniture, etc), you'll want to get them secured first thing Saturday morning. The wind will pick up by afternoon with a northwest breeze of 10-15 miles per hour gusting to 20 miles per hour through 6PM.

SATURDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy skies develop, with a cool high temperature of 60 degrees.

Early indications suggest that a nearby area of low pressure will throw up bands of heavy and blustery rain, with a threat of some wintry falls.

Light winds with land and sea breezes will continue on this Aloha Friday as the islands remain under the influence of an East Pacific ridge. Then a nice warm up is expected with afternoon highs in the low to mid 70s. Chance of showers late Thursday night.

Highs will be in the mid to upper 60s for the next few days.
