Milwaukee Bucks' highlights: Game 3 victory over the Boston Celtics

It's the continuation of a first-round Eastern Conference playoff matchup as the series carries on in Brew City.

Speaking to reporters after Game 2 against the Milwaukee Bucks, Stevens said the Celtics needed to play with an edge.

The Celtics hold a 2-1 lead after capturing the first two games of the series at home.

Thon Maker got extended playing time because of a back-related absence by Bucks center Jon Henson, and further exacerbated the Celtics' offensive woes by shutting down the paint with five blocks. The win closes the gap in the series to 2-1 in favor of Boston.

Boston will look to take a 3-1 series lead on Sunday afternoon before returning to The Garden next Tuesday night for Game 5. He brought so much energy and passion to the court and he really got the crowd involved. The Celtics hit 23 3-pointers in their two wins, and it was a huge difference in those games. As a team, the Celtics shot just 40 percent from the field and eight of 24 from the three-point line but they were always fighting an uphill battle after falling behind by 20 points less than two minutes into the second quarter.

Al Horford had 16 to lead the Celtics. Marcus Morris and Terry Rozier, who were big keys to Boston winning the first two games in the series, were non-factors, shooting a combined four of 15 from the floor while finishing with seven and nine points, respectively.

Smallville actress Allison Mack behind abusive sex cult, U.S. court told
Mack, best known for the TV show " Smallville ", was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Brooklyn . Mack directed her slaves to have sex with Raniere, among other things, prosecutors say.

The challenge to the Bucks now is even greater.

The turnovers kept pouring in for Bucks, with the Celtics committing another four turnovers in the opening six minutes of the second, as they'd pull ahead, 43-19, with plenty of time still on the clock. The fiery Bucks set the tone and maintained their palpably high-level of intensity throughout the game.

We saw what happened when Baynes was too late on the closeout and fouled Maker from 3-point range. As a team, the Celtics handed the ball back to the Bucks 13 times and shot just 30.8 percent from the field, 27.3 percent from behind the arc.

Especially with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton combining for 23 points in the opening half, as the Bucks took a, 58-35, lead into halftime. Eric Bledsoe, so disparaged for his two performances in Boston, came out firing and netted 17 points on 8-for-13 shooting.

Milwaukee's aggressive, switchy defense forced Boston into a lot of ugly shots and turnovers to start the game.

Maker, you might recall, played well at a similar point last postseason, scoring 11 points in Milwaukee's 104-77 Game 3 blowout of the Raptors at home.
