Gold keeps the momentum on, brings in Rs. 12.50 crore on Saturday

Despite its low collection on day 2, the film managed to collect Rs. 12 crore making it a total of Rs. 55 crore, Box Office India reported. "Both Gold and Satyameva Jayate have a terrific day one and both, Akshay and John record their highest day one business".

Although collections of Satyameva Jayate were lower than Gold, footfalls for the former were lower by just about 5 per cent as compared to Kagti's film. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie collected Rs 8 crore on the second day of its release. However, both the films managed to hold their grip on the box office till the weekend. John Abraham's film registered Rs 20.25 crore on the opening day.

"According to him, both films have the opportunity to make it big at the box office due to their release timings".

Australian politician calls for 'Muslim ban', and 'final solution
Australia's ABC has more on the history of the term " final solution ", whose first "significant" use was in July 1941. Amid national outrage Turnbull, who will head to the polls within nine months, quickly condemned Anning.

Satyameva Jayate also booked a spot on the list of biggest opening day collections of 2018. Gold also features television actor Mouni Roy.

"True to their titles both Gold and Satyameva Jayate have emerge victorious at the box-office". "But this is John Abraham's comfort zone. Veer might be a ruthless killer for a cause but he is a good guy with a good enough reason for his marauding ways", he wrote.

Also starring Manoj Bajpayee and Amruta Khanvilkar in pivotal roles, "Satyamev Jayate" is a thriller drama. We are extremely happy with the extraordinary numbers and are optimistic that director Milap Milan Zaveri's labour of love will grow even more after taking such a flying start.
