Drake Surprises 11-Year-Old Fan Awaiting Heart Transplant

Drake made a birthday wish come true for a young fan when he visited her in Chicago as she was waiting for a heart transplant.

Sofia Sanchez, who celebrated her 11th birthday on Saturday, is awaiting a heart transplant at Lurie Children's Hospital.

According to a statement from Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, "The two bonded over Justin Bieber, basketball and Drake's two dogs".

Drake visited Sanchez after seeing the Downers Grove girl's video version of his song, "In My Feelings", which inspired a viral dance craze.

Lurie Children's staff posted a video of Sanchez completing the dance challenge on August 15, and in the caption asked Sofia's idol Drake to visit her for her birthday. I did the Kiki challenge.

The rapper posted photos of Sofia and himself on his Instagram. I can show you.
