Simon & Schuster Has Printed 1 Million Copies of Bob Woodward's 'Fear'

In a series of Tweets Monday, the president continued to lash out at Woodward personally and his book's portrayal of Trump as a foul-mouthed and bumbling egotist.

President TrumpDonald John TrumpOakland Raiders's Marshawn Lynch sits during national anthem, then scores touchdown Trump declares state of emergency in Carolinas ahead of Hurricane Florence Ex-NFL player tears into Nike: Kaepernick ad "like 9/11 and Pearl Harbor" MORE allegedly suggested to his chief economic adviser a year ago that the government should print more money to help eliminate federal debt, according to an excerpt from Bob Woodward's new book. The daily, which rarely publishes anonymous articles, said it did not disclose the name of the senior official in the Trump administration on the request of the author, whose "identity is known to us and whose job would be jeopardised by its disclosure".

Several prominent figures in the book have denied quotes that Woodward attributes to them. "I think that's a shame". "I mean, over the years, I wasn't going to people's homes without an appointment", knocking on the door and asking them to talk. It's one thousand percent correct.' And then this person has said some public things that contradict that.

But Woodward says in his book there was an even more unsafe tweet that wasn't sent, declaring that Trump was withdrawing the family members of US troops from South Korea. The Trump White House has shocked him more than any of the eight others he's covered, he added, because Trump fundamentally doesn't understand that national security is more than just the USA military. Others warn they are undermining the Constitution by defying the decisions of the duly elected president.

Bob Woodward titled his new book "Fear", the word Donald Trump once told the journalist described "real power". Also criticizing the book Tuesday was former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who said on Twitter that "a number of the statements attributed to me and from others to me in the Woodward book are incorrect". "That goes without saying", Trump Jr. said. Democrats can't stand losing.

The book on the Trump presidency, "Fear", made a grand entrance and the astounding revelations in it, paint a picture of a chaotic White House, with aides at their wit's end with the commander-in-chief.

"You can, in an nearly microscopic way, establish what occurred - and that's what I've done in this book".

'And in the end I know what I've done, and I'm not anxious about that at all, because you know, I've done nothing that anyone else wouldn't do in that position, in my opinion'. He added, "He and I both know this story is total BS".
