Nintendo Switch Online launches September 18 with one-week free trial

The long-awaited start of the online service for Nintendo's hybrid console is set in stone. For example, we now know that Nintendo Switch Online is coming september 18. But we do know that the service will enable online play, cloud game saving and more. These will include Super Mario Bros, Ice Climbers, and the original Legend of Zelda.

You may have received an email from Nintendo regarding your Switch account settings, but just in case you haven't yet, we've got you covered.

In addition to this, they've also confirmed that system software 6.0.0 will release alongside Nintendo Online.

The service will cost $3.99 for one month, $7.99 for three, or $19.99 for 12.

That leaves only five days for you to make sure that your Switch profiles are linked to the proper account, or they'll be locked indefinitely.
