People react to Donald Trump 'elevator screamers'

Trump wrote in a tweet.

Hours before Senate votes for Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court, Donald Trump took to Twitter to continue to show support of the "good man" who was accused of sexual assault by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.

He claimed, without evidence, that the signs protesters carried opposing Kavanaugh's confirmation were "professionally made" and paid for by Democratic donor George Soros.

It was a freaky claim, but a familiar one for many on the right, who have accused Soros of bankrolling other prominent protests.

The final confirmation vote is expected on Saturday.

"The pain, the trauma, and the rage that I expressed when I spoke with Senator Jeff Flake in an elevator were my own, and I held it for more than 30 years to protect the people I love from it", she said. Susan Collins - later reached an agreement to conduct the new Federal Bureau of Investigation probe into the sex-assault claims against Kavanaugh in exchange for his vote to help advance the judge through the Judiciary Committee.

"Trump also called the sexual assault survivors "#Troublemakers". Fellow Judiciary Committee member Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah waved off female demonstrators Thursday and told them to "grow up".
